About Jessica Sparacino

Jessica D. Sparacino is an attorney and consultant with extensive experience in Child Victims Act litigation, institutional investigations, and advocacy for vulnerable individuals. Her career spans decades of Family Court practice representing families in crisis — including children placed in foster care and adoption proceedings — giving her a firsthand understanding of the systems built to protect children and the present gaps that put these same children at risk. She founded Fieldstone Safeguarding Advisors to bring rigorous legal expertise and genuine compassion to organizations that serve children — helping them prevent harm, respond appropriately, and build lasting safeguarding infrastructures.
